For a project in which austerity and intimacy were skilfully combined, the Microtopping® solution acted as a hyphen, guaranteeing the benefits of a balanced continuous surface, capable of adapting to the design of the environment with refined elegance.
Ce béton ciré signé Ideal Work a été choisi précisément pour générer l’effet de continuité et de fluidité fortement souhaité par le studio de design. Ici l’architecte a choisi de faire remonter la matière telle une plinthe bétonnée. Le Microtopping® est une solution qui s’adapte de manière harmonieuse à n’importe quel espace et qui se combine parfaitement avec tous les matériaux.
Ideal Work’s waxed concrete was chosen precisely to generate the effect of continuity and fluidity strongly desired by the design studio. In this case, the architect chose to make the material rise up like a concrete skirting board. Microtopping® is a solution that adapts harmoniously to any space and combines perfectly with all materials.

Dans l’esprit de l’architecte, il était important de préserver l’intégrité des caractéristiques distinctives du bâtiment historique, telles que les vitraux, les hauts plafonds et les arches en pierre.
This material can be applied seamlessly indoors and out.
In the architect’s mind, it was important to preserve the integrity of the historic building’s distinctive features, such as stained glass windows, high ceilings and stone arches.
Après une restauration soignée, toutes ces pièces ont été préservées dans leur intégralité.
En juxtaposant judicieusement des éléments architecturaux modernes, l’architecte a réussi à transformer le bâtiment, imprégné d’une forte dimension spirituelle, en une résidence habitable.

By judiciously juxtaposing modern architectural elements, the architect has succeeded in transforming the building, imbued with a strong spiritual dimension, into a habitable residence.
